Director of the Cybersecurity Department, Ministry of Digital Affairs

A graduate of the Military University of Technology in Warsaw in the field of Electronics and Telecommunications and the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology in the field of Cybersecurity. An officer with extensive experience in the field of cybersecurity, communications, and IT, in particular in organizing and conducting processes for handling ICT security incidents and conducting security tests of ICT systems. He  actively participated in design and implementation of IT systems to ensure the required level of cybersecurity, as well as in organizing and conducting cyber threat intelligence (CTI). He co-created and managed the Security Operation Center (SOC) in the Military Counterintelligence Service. Representing the Ministry of National Defence, he co-developed the National Cybersecurity System. He holds, among others, certifications including GIAC Information Security Professional (GISP) and Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
