Expert in the Department of Projects and Strategy at the Ministry of Digital Affairs
Michał Bukowski holds the position of Expert in the Department of Projects and Strategy at the Ministry of Digital Affairs, specialising in Information Architecture of the State.
In the years 1998-2004 he worked as a web developer. Since 2004 he has been associated with the department of computerisation of public administration, where he held the positions of, among others, editor-in-chief of the BIP home page, business analyst and project manager. His current position is as corporate architect at the Ministry of Digital Affairs, conducting work in the area of national and European Interoperability and State Information Architecture. He is a member of the Permanent Working Group of the Interoperable Europe Board.
Mr. Bukowski graduated from the Institute of Philosophy at the University of Warsaw and completed
postgraduate studies in IT Project Management at the Warsaw University of Technology.
He completed a course titled “Government ICT Policy” in South Korea, the "MBA for IT staff" programme at the Kozminski University and the Academy of IT Management in Public Administration.
Mr. Bukowski has participated in many training programmes and workshops in the fields of enterprise architecture, project management, business and system analysis and service design. Among others he holds TOGAF 8, PRINCE2 Practitioner and ITIL Foundation qualifications.
