Analysis
The analysis of information contained in asset declarations is regulated in individual legal acts → "Analysis". The Act requiring such declarations provides no indication as to the circumstances under which suspicion of misrepresentation is confirmed or consequently when the entity responsible for receiving and analysing the asset declarations should notify the relevant authority.
