Florin-Ionel Moise
Head of National Intergrity Agency of Romania.
Mr. Florin MOISE is a graduate of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, holding a Bachelor Degree in Economics. Subsequently, Mr. MOISE followed postgraduate studies in Diplomacy and Security within the Romanian Diplomatic Institute.
Mr. Florin MOISE began his professional career within the National Integrity Agency (ANI) in 2008, as an advisor to the President.
Between 2013 and 2017, Mr. MOISE held the office of integrity inspector. In this capacity, he carried out evaluation activities regarding the compliance with the legal regime of incompatibilities, conflicts of interests, as well as the assets acquired by public officials or dignitaries.
Throughout the year 2017, as head of office within the General Directorate of the Integrity Inspection, Mr. MOISE both carried out evaluation activities, as well as coordinated and supervised the activity of integrity inspectors.
In November 2017, Mr. Florin MOISE was appointed as the Vice-President of the National Integrity Agency, for a 4-year mandate. In this capacity, he organized, coordinated, lead and controlled the activities of the Agency. Starting with December 2019, while exercising the Vice-President mandate, Mr. MOISE was granted with the attributions of ANI’s President.
In July 2021, Mr. Florin MOISE was appointed as the President of the National Integrity Agency for a 4-year mandate.
Throughout his career, Mr. MOISE was part of numerous anti-corruption events organized by international bodies such as UNODC, UNDP, World Bank, OSCE, IAACA, EPAC etc.
