Head the Asset Recovery and Management Agency
Civil servant, lawyer, expert in anti-corruption, social, land and environmental issues. She received her law degree from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Doctor of Philosophy in Law.
Author of draft laws and bylaws, as well as the Anti-Corruption Plan for Ukraine (2017).
Initiator of the creation and implementation of registers in various authorities: The Register of Pollutant Emissions and Transfers, the State Register of Real Property Rights, the Electronic Register of Sick Leave Certificates, and the Unified State Register of Seized Assets.
22 years of experience in the civil service, including 15 years in leadership positions in government agencies, including: The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Secretariat of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Ministry of Ecology, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, and the Ministry of Justice. In 2020, she headed the Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine and in 2021 was the Deputy Head of the Chernihiv Regional State Administration.
In 2023, was appointed Head of the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA).
