There is no single act containing a list of persons required to submit asset declarations; the requirement is imposed by individual acts regulating the matter. It is estimated that under the current legal provisions approximately 500,000 people are required to submit declarations. It should be emphasised, however, that these are only estimates, and determining an exact number would be possible only when regulations are in place to introduce the electronic submission of asset declarations.
