Cooperation with Central Information Technology Center
The Central Anti-Corruption Bureau, as part of its work on the draft law on asset declarations, has conducted a series of consultations and working meetings with representatives of public offices and institutions.
On January 23, 2025, a meeting was held with representatives of the Central Information Technology Center, during which various issues related to the digitalization of asset declarations - foreseen in the draft law prepared by the CBA - were discussed.
During the consultations, representatives of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau presented the functional requirements of the teleinformatics system for submitting and storing asset declarations, named the "Central Asset Declarations System."
One of the key discussion points was ensuring secure user access to published declarations via the trusted profile, as well as integrating the system with state registers to maximize convenience for individuals filling out electronic asset declaration forms.
Representatives of the Central Information Technology Center confirmed that they possess the necessary competencies and resources to implement this project. They also emphasized that building a central teleinformatics system is a multi-level and multi-stage endeavor.
Both parties jointly expressed their commitment to continued cooperation on the legislative work and the development of the teleinformatics system.
